    Graphite pallet products are a multifunctional material widely used in industries such as metallurgy, aerospace, semiconductors, and lithium batteries. In the metallurgical industry, graphite pallets are mainly used as carbon raiser, and the carbon content can be adjusted according to user’s requirements, generally between 70-95%. Graphite pallets have a significant effect on improving the performance of steel, especially in increasing carbon absorption and reducing steel-making costs. Compared to other types of carbon raiser, graphite pallets have the following obvious advantages:
    1. Compared with pig iron: pig iron has a higher price, higher sulfur and silicon content, and lower absorption rate; Graphite pallets contain stable carbon, low sulfur, and low phosphorus, are easy to melt and absorb, and their carbonization effect is more than three times of pig iron.
    2. Compared with graphite powder: Due to its fine powder state and lighter quality, graphite powder is prone to flying and floating on the surface, making it difficult to dissolve and absorb, which seriously pollutes the environment. The use of graphite pallets avoids the above drawbacks.
    3. Compared with graphite waste electrodes, using graphite electrodes for carbonization is expensive and has little difference in effectiveness compared to using graphite pallets.
